Eye Found It! Game Review

As a photographer, my goal is to capture those special moments of your family, as they are right now. I also want to inspire you to create family memories of your own, especially in this modern age where it seems like everyone has a phone or tablet in their hands. Family game time is a great way for you to connect and make memories without devices or screens. Please use this blog as your personal resource to find the best games for your family!

Eye Found It is a competitive pattern recognition game designed especially for younger kids, and as there is no reading involved, even kids below reading age can join in.

Number of Players Required: 2 – 6 players recommended.

Who Can Play It: Kids ages between 3 – 10 will enjoy this game.

Difficulty: Very easy.

Length of Play: 5 – 10 minutes.

HOW TO PLAY

Main Objective: Become the first player to get rid of all their cards by finding the items displayed on the cards.

I've found the best way to learn how to play any game is to watch a video tutorial on Youtube. Here's the link for the quick tutorial for Eye Found It! the card game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTxhHfkmpZ4.

OUR EXPERIENCE

This game is really fun to play with kids of all ages, but especially with those kids who are not reading yet. I liked that it was small enough to put in my purse and have used it at the doctor's office to pass the long wait for our doctor. You can play it with just two people or a group. My 3 year old really likes this game, but he's a tad slow since he spends most of his time talking about the cards. It's helpful that there is an included instructions card, in case you forget how to play.

We do also have the Busytown Eye Found It board game version, but that almost never gets used. I feel there are too many pieces to keep track of and my kids just don't want to play it.

WHERE TO BUY

I purchased my copy of Eye Found It! from Amazon for $5.97. This seems to be the best price but you can purchase from other retailers.
